What is Caviar de la Nuit?
We are a community of young, open-minded couples and single ladies. Members can connect with other members on our online community platform and at our exclusive events.
Are single men welcome to the community & events?
No, we only welcome couples and single ladies.
Are single ladies welcome to the community & events?
Yes, we welcome single ladies at our events. However, only when they are accompanied by another (member) couple.
Is there a minimum age to join the community & events?
Yes, you must be at least 21 years old.
Is there a maximum age to join the community & events?
Yes, the maximum age is 45 years old.

Events

How can we buy tickets for an event?
If you want to attend our events and be part of the community, you need to apply to become a member.
How often do the events take place?
We offer different types of events. These events are several times a year. - Caviar de la Nuit - signature events. These are the larger events for approximately 500 to 700 guests and the ultimate evening to fully experience what Caviar is all about! - Caviar de la Nuit 'Soiree d'Or'. These extra exclusive events are organized especially for Caviars Gold members and have an even more intimate character.
Where do the events take place?
In secret fairytale castles and unique characteristic locations. The venue will be sent two days prior to all the guests joining the event, by a private e-mail.
What can I expect at a Caviar de la Nuit event?
Expect a night filled with mysteries and surprises. Flirt & Tease. Watch and be watched. Love and be loved. And never miss a chance to dance. You will be taken on an exciting journey from the moment we open our doors. A characteristic venue, beautiful & sexy guests, exclusive entertainment, excellent service, and talented DJ’s are key for a typical Caviar de la Nuit event.
What is the dress code at a Caviar de la Nuit event?
Ladies: Luxurious lingerie & Elegant high heels. Gents: Tailored suit / tuxedo & Elegant, neat men’s shoes. The dress code applies from the beginning from the evening. Bare (upper) bodies are not allowed. IMPORTANT: We are very strict in adhering to the dress code. Special dress code watchers will be present throughout the evening. They assess whether you meet the dress code or not. The dress code watchers can deny your access to the event. You can change your outfit during the evening, but the dress code rules remain in effect. So, please adhere to the dress code to avoid disappointment.
What are Gold member events?
Caviar de la Nuit 'Soiree d'Or' are extra exclusive events organized especially for Caviars Gold members and have an even more intimate character.
Do I have to pay for a membership to join the events?
Caviar de la Nuit offers three different types of memberships; - A Grey membership is free and allows you to buy tickets for events. But you have very limited access to the online community. Tickets for grey members can also sell out very quickly since Pink & Gold members have priority when buying tickets. - A Pink membership costs €7,50 per month for 1 year and gives partially access to the community. You can create a personal profile, view other member profiles and chat with other members. Furthermore, you can join & view guestlist events and you have priority on buying tickets. -A Gold membership costs €15 per month for 1 year and gives fully access to the community. You can create a personal profile, view other member profiles and chat with other members. Furthermore, you can join & view guestlist events and you have priority on buying tickets. Next to that, you can see who visited your profile and download DJ sets. Gold members can attend extra exclusive events; Caviar de la Nuit 'Soiree d'Or'. These events have an even more intimate character.

Memberships

How does my membercard work?
Your personal membercard witholds tokens which you can use to retrieve drinks at Caviar events. You can check the balance of the membercard or top it up with the form on the website. This can also be done at the event.
What if I've lost my membercard?
If you've misplaced or forgotten your membership card, you can request a new one during check-in at the next event. To cover these costs, there will be a €10 fee for issuing a new membership card. If there was a balance on your old card, you can reach out to our helpdesk at the event. They will assist you in transferring the balance to the new card. However, if it's your first time receiving a membership card, it's on us!

Tickets

Can I sell my ticket to other people or members?
No, unfortuanatley this is not possible. Your ticket is registered exclusively on your account.
Can tickets be refunded?
Tickets for events and/or hotels cannot be refunded. However, if you have a ticket but cannot attend the event for any reason, you can exchange your ticket for credit. The credit will be added to your account and can be used for future purchases. Credit percentage of EVENT ticket value in case of cancellation: Cancellation longer than 14 days before the event: 90% Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the event: 75% Cancellation within seven days before the event: 50% Cancellations on the day of the event: 0% Credit percentage of HOTEL ticket value in case of cancellation: Cancellation longer than 14 days before the event: 90% Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the event: 75% Cancellation between 3 and 7 days before the event: 50% Cancellation within 3 days before the event: 0%
Can I buy a ticket from another member?
No. Tickets are registered on a specific member account. Tickets will be scanned on arrival and if your ticket does not match your account, entry will be denied. All tickets are checked.
Can I still join an event when it is sold out?
No. But you can register on our waiting list. If a spot becomes available and you are first on the list, we will contact you.

Privacy

Will the photos I uploaded in the application form be published?
No, they are only used by our staff to evaluate your application and verify your account and tickets for authenticity at our events. The photos will not be published or shared with third parties.

Will the photos I uploaded when completing my profile automatically be published?
No, you must fill in your privacy preferences first. You can choose to share your photos with the entire community, with friends, or with no one at all.

Where can I adjust my privacy settings?
In ‘ACCOUNT SETTINGS’ You can find your account settings in the top-right corner of the page.
Can I delete my profile & data permanently?
Yes, you can delete your account in ‘ACCOUNT SETTINGS’. All data will be permanently erased. You can’t reactive your profile.
Can I make my profile invisible to others, without deleting it?
Yes, you can. Go to privacy settings in your profile settings and check the first box. If checked, your profile will be fully anonymous. Other members won't be able to see or search for your profile. This setting will overrule all other privacy settings.
