Dress Code Inspection
At Caviar de la Nuit events, our designated dress code inspectors will be present throughout the evening to ensure that all guests adhere to the specified dress code. Event Admission Policy
Guests who do not meet the dress code requirements will unfortunately not be allowed to enter. This policy is in place to maintain the enchanting, stylish atmosphere that makes our events truly unforgettable.Changing Outfits
Feel free to change outfits during the evening if you like—whether for comfort or style. However, the dress code rules remain in effect all night long. No exceptions!

Terms
Members of Caviar de la Nuit can (depending on availability) purchase tickets for events organized by Caviar de la Nuit or its members. A ticket can be purchased through the ticket shop on the restricted part of the website. Tickets are strictly personal and non-transferable to third parties. Caviar de la Nuit reserves the right to deny access to the event to ticket holders in case of misuse and to suspend or cancel the membership for a certain period.

The amount of credit you receive depends on how many full calendar days before the event you submit your voucher request:
Please note: The applicable credit percentage is determined by the date on which the voucher request is submitted. The cancellation policy applies equally to all guests and no exceptions can be made.
- 15 days or more before the event: 90% credit
- 8 to 14 days before the event: 75% credit
- 3 to 7 days before the event: 50% credit
- 1 to 2 days before the event: 25% credit
- On the day of the event: 0% credit
Please note: The applicable credit percentage is determined by the date on which the voucher request is submitted. The cancellation policy applies equally to all guests and no exceptions can be made.
Credits issued as a result of exchanging an event ticket or hotel booking, as well as credits loaded onto a member card, remain valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue. Any unused credits will automatically expire after this period.
Account credits may be used towards membership renewals, membership upgrades, event tickets, and hotel packages.
Credits loaded onto a member card may only be used for the purchase of drinks during events and cannot be redeemed for any other products or services.
Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
In the event that a couple separates, the account will automatically be converted into a Single Lady account in the lady’s name.
If the gentleman wishes to retain the account, his account will be set to anonymous status and will remain unusable until a new long-term partner has been registered and approved.
Memberships are non-refundable and will expire on their original end date. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and remain valid for a maximum of twelve (12) months from the date of issue, regardless of the account status.

If you lose or forget your membership card, you can request a new one during check-in at the next event. To cover these costs, 10.00 euros will be charged for issuing a new membership card. If there was a balance on your old card, you can contact the helpdesk at the event. They will assist you in transferring the balance to the new card. If it is the first time you receive a membership card, no costs will be charged.
Credits loaded onto your membership card are final and cannot, under any circumstances, be refunded or exchanged for cash. Unused credits, no matter the reason, are not eligible for a refund or cash exchange.
